About GoJump America
GoJump America started with two tandems booked on a Saturday afternoon and grew into the largest tandem skydiving operator in the United States, with dropzones in Hawaii, Las Vegas, Oceanside and New York and more than 28,000 five-star Google reviews. Nothing about that growth was luck. We got here by caring about the guest experience at every stage, and the first stage is the phone call. Almost everyone who calls us is about to do something they have never done before, and many have been thinking about it for years. Our promise is a safe, thrilling skydive they will talk about for the rest of their lives, looked after by people who genuinely care. With new locations opening, this team grows with us.
Your role
You are the first person most guests speak to, and often the only one before jump day. From our central Las Vegas office you look after guests at every location, mainly by phone, with text, email and live chat alongside.
Nobody calls a skydiving company by accident. Our guests are excited, a little nervous, and glad to hear a calm, friendly voice who knows exactly what happens next. That voice is you.
A typical day:
- Help first-time jumpers choose the right jump and decide whether they want photos and video to keep.
- Help guests when plans change.
- Assist guests with queries, and if something needs a follow-up, make sure it happens.
Your schedule
Our guests jump in four time zones, from New York to Hawaii, so the concierge office is open from 7am to 10pm Pacific, seven days a week. Your shifts rotate within those hours.
- Full time: 30 to 40 hours a week over 5 days, so most shifts run 6 to 8 hours.
- Shifts fall across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Everyone on the team shares them.
- Rotas are published a month ahead, so you can plan your life around them.
- Office-based in central Las Vegas. This is an in-person role, not remote.
What we are looking for
You do not need call center or sales experience. Some of our best people came from completely different jobs: one was a waiter, another ran an ice cream cart. We look for a strong work ethic and a solid work history, and most importantly, people who care about our guests. We teach everything else.
- Warm and natural on the phone, calm when it gets busy.
- Clear spoken and written English.
- Comfortable typing and switching between calls, texts and chat.
- You notice what a guest needs before they ask.
- Spanish is a real advantage. Many of our guests in Las Vegas, Oceanside and New York speak it.
What we offer
- Hourly base plus commission with no ceiling, averaging $59,000 a year, with the opportunity for regular bonuses on top.
- Training and a mentor from your first day. You will know skydiving inside out within weeks.
- Stable shifts, published a month ahead, so you can plan your life.
- Promotion opportunities as we grow.
- A small team in a modern office in central Las Vegas, and a company whose guests leave five-star reviews by the thousand.

We keep this simple and quick, and we will tell you where you stand at every stage.

- Final interview in person at our Las Vegas office on Sunday 25 October; we will give you your time. Meet the team, see where you would work, and ask us anything.
- Start late October. Training and your mentor begin on day one.
